• License — free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute the game.
• Fair play — no cheating, third-party tools, or exploiting bugs in online matches; accounts violating this may be restricted or closed.
• User content — zero tolerance — you can choose a display name that is shown to your opponent. By setting or changing a name you agree not to create, submit, or display any objectionable, offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit content, and not to impersonate staff or official accounts. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: we may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove or reset an offending name and suspend, rename-lock, or permanently ban users who violate this, including repeat offenders. You can report objectionable content in-app or at office@alfonsosolutions.com, and we act on reports within 24 hours. You can also block abusive users, which prevents future matchmaking and invites between you.
• In-match chat — zero tolerance — during an online match you can send short text messages to your opponent. Chat exists only inside a live match: none before matchmaking pairs you, none after the result screen, and no lobby, direct messages, or chat history. The same zero-tolerance rule applies to objectionable content and abusive behaviour: no harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, or spam; no impersonating another player or staff; and no asking for or sharing personal information (phone number, address, photos, or moving the conversation to another app). Every message passes a server-side filter that masks blocked words before it reaches your opponent. Messages are capped at 120 characters and a short rate limit prevents flooding, and a one-time reminder of these rules is shown before your first message. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove content, mask words, restrict chat, or permanently ban an account. You can report any message in-app and we act on reports within 24 hours; you can also block a player, which takes effect immediately, including mid-match. Using chat means you accept these rules.
• Availability — the game is provided AS-IS; the online service may be updated or discontinued. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
• Privacy — see the Privacy Policy.
• Governing law — the Game is operated by Alfonso Solutions Inc, a company incorporated in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of the country where you live.
